ACCOMMODATIONS & MEALS:

Kindly check the accommodations and enter the number of conference meal packages required. Please Note: Due to Meal Count guarantees, Meal Plan Packages CANNOT be changed after September 20, 1996 and will not be available for purchase upon check-in.

VILLAGE CONDOMINIUMS - Superior units with full kitchen, living room with fireplace and sleeper sofa, VCR and washer and dryer.

MEAL PLANS: Please choose one of the following options:

Killington Resort urges people attending the conference to pick a meal plan. The reason being, there is no convenient place to get food. Most restaurants in the area are closed for the end of the season.

RESERVATIONS & DEPOSIT POLICY

The Conference Registration Fee and a $50.00 Room Deposit per person is required within 7 days of booking. Room Deposit is refundable minus 10% for cancelations received at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION POLICY:

Payment must be enclosed with conference registration. Registration forms will not be accepted without payment.

Written request for Conference Registration refund must be received by September 10,1996. All cancelations prior to this date will be charged a $50.00 processing fee. No refunds after 9/10/96.
