Date: Thu, 1 May 2003 15:43:17 +0200 Subject: New images These are totally different! I have not been able to scan more microscope images of the DAB staining because it was fully booked, nor more fluo of LBP1. However, I discovered that it is possible to scan glass slides directly onto a computer file, at a much bigger size than the original! So it will give you an impression of the staining and, more importantly, of the shape of the arteries and rough co-localisation between LDL, LBPs and macrophages (CD68). I will send them as sets if possible, all just to Lee, since the images are 100K each... The sets will be the same arteries stained with the various Abs.
