matDeleteVariable

Delete named mxArray from MAT-file

C Syntax

• #include "mat.h"
  int matDeleteVariable(MATFile *mfp, const char *name);
  

Arguments

mfp
   Pointer to MAT-file information.

name
   Name of mxArray to delete.

Description

matDeleteVariable deletes the named mxArray from the MAT-file pointed to by mfp. matDeleteVariable returns 0 if successful, and nonzero otherwise.
