Block Libraries

The blockset now makes extensive use of Simulink Libraries, which provides a block copy-by-reference facility. Libraries may be distinguished from models by the name appearing in the window title bar, and the disabled Simulation menu. Masked blocks copied from any DSP Blockset library are copied by reference, so future changes made to the library implementation of the block will automatically occur wherever the block has been used. You may still modify an individual copy of a library block, but you must break the link to the library in order to do so. You may also construct your own block libraries.
