Familiar is a perceptual companion that observes it surroundings through
audio, visual, and motion sensors. The doll tries to discern the
difference between normal everyday activity and an unusual event. It
also tries to find the recurring patterns in your day-to-day activity.
Since the Familiar is collecting and organizing all of its sensor data,
it is a living diary for the perceivable events in its user’s life. |
